Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. The Pro Card was granted a year later at the age of the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. In the year 17, she received her Professional Card one year later. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from the stage following the award of her Pro card in order to finish her college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros to ever be a part of history. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She placed 3rd in the competition. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as the seated rows. The first step is warming up and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel makes the best use of her time. How she does this is through supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
